3 months of bespoke support to get the best sleep you can.  

A bespoke programme tailored to you so you can get the best sleep possible to get the most out of your days.  We work together through all the factors that influence sleep to create the best possible outcomes for you so you can achieve your dreams in your waking hours. 

This package includes:

  • 12 one-to-one support calls which can be taken weekly for a duration of 30 minutes
  • Bespoke sleep plan that addresses the issues and/or goals you have
  • Adaptions to sleep plan as progress if needed
  • Implement changes knowing you have support every step of the way.
  • Consultation to ensure your bedroom is a sanctuary for sleep with interior design, tweaks and changes that meet you where you are and fit with your goals.
  • Access me via WhatsApp or Telegram for those moments of support when needed.



What can you expect to achieve? 

It’s possible to achieve your goals and much better sleep but as with everything, what you put in determines what you’ll get out of it.  

Sleep is a very individual thing, there is not a one size fits all.  Changes rarely happen over night and for that reason I cannot guarantee results in a specified time or any quick fixes.
